2023-24 | Protiviti Graduate Recruitment Process FAQs

Our recruiting approach focuses on one thing: You! Throughout the process our goal is to get to know you so that we can better understand your potential fit within our organisation.

Process:

Application Deadline: 5 April 2023 at noon Australian Eastern Standard Time

Virtual Assessments: will take place throughout April 2023 (Online Writing Assessment, Manager/Senior Manager Video Interviews, and Virtual Group Assessment) 

Final Stage Interviews: In person interviews with our Directors/Managing Directors and office tours with our Consultants and Senior Consultants will take place in late April/early May:

  • Melbourne: Wednesday and Thursday 26-27 April
  • Sydney: Tuesday and Wednesday 2-3 May
  • Canberra: Thursday 4 May 2023
  • Brisbane: Monday 8 May

If you are not able to attend the in person final stage interview day due to conflicts with exams, etc. we will arrange virtual substitutes, but in person attendance is strongly encouraged

FAQs:

  • We are looking for recent graduates or students in their final year of university to join in 2023 or February 2024.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a relevant discipline – Commerce, Law, Engineering tend to be most relevant but we are open to students from all faculties
  • Applicants should be Australian Citizens or Permanent Residents, or New Zealand Citizens.  (Due to the nature of work in Canberra, applicants must be Australian Citizens only with ability to gain clearance.)
  • Ability to Travel: The position requires travel to client sites. Out-of-town travel also may be required

Graduate Consultants work across solutions but will be placed into a primary solution

  • Business Process Improvement (BPI): Canberra Only
  • Internal Audit and Financial Advisory (IAFA): All offices
  • Risk and Compliance (R&C): Sydney & Melbourne only
  • Technology Consulting (TC): All offices

  • Students can state a preference on solutions
  • We are able to accommodate off-cycle starters and typically have a few graduate intakes throughout the year so can be flexible with your schedule
