Culture at Ability Action Australia

9.1
9.1 rating for Culture, based on 30 reviews
Please describe your company's culture both in the office and after hours. Let us know about the structure and hierarchy, cooperation and teamwork, and socialising amongst colleagues.
The culture is very good. Very easy to talk to colleagues and ask for advice/help. Well structured supports in place for staff members and regular access to team hierarchy. Regular social events make it enjoyable also.

Amazing team culture. Everyone makes an effort to check in, get to know you and catch up with you
Graduate, Sydney
Everyone in the company is extremely supportive. Individuals are there to support you in your work hours but also available to speak about things outside of work. This helps to build a really good relationship with your colleges. Whilst there is a hierarchy in terms of whom you report to, when speaking to those above you, they don't make you feel any less worthy
Graduate, Melbourne
Supportive, welcoming, open, honest, easy going, enjoyable. I really like the idea that they have social events planned every quarter to support team building and interactions

There seems to be a big focus on culture within the company, with consideration given to how new staff will fit into a given team before hiring or promoting. All staff appear friendly and are open to assisting new graduates to learn.
Graduate, Brisbane
team is very friendly and chill. Team members always willing to help out. Have a close knit of friends I can rely on during and after work.
Graduate, Melbourne
I haven't experienced much as I've been with a company for only three weeks only. However, as far as I know there are multiple opportunities to share knowledge among various disciplines (ET, SP) through meetings, chats and also to socialise with others by participating in social events to get to know each other well.
Graduate, North Brisbane
Lots of socialising and support on chat, a very supportive and cooperative team culture
Graduate, Gold Coast
Everyone is very approachable and there doesn't seen to be much of a hierarchy which is nice. I haven't spent time outside of the office with the team yet.
