The interview process was seamless, there was the initial application, heard back from HR approx. 2 weeks later. It was a 4 round interview process - all 4 interviews were completed within 2 weeks - so it was very fast, and communication was so great. I had to complete a Spark page about myself which was great, allowed me to show my creative side + get further in touch with Adobe products.

The interview process for Adobe was interesting - there were multiple rounds of interviews and I spoke to quite a few people across the board. The interviewers spent time getting to know "me" as a person and I really appreciated this. The assessments during the interview process were great at channelling my willingness to work for Adobe and my creativity and values.

The interview process was very well structured. I met plenty of Adobe representatives and had several opportunities to talk through my motivations and interests.

I had 5 rounds of interviews which were well organised. Michael my talent agent always kept me up-to-date with what was happening. The last component of the hiring process was a task.

Do you have any specific tips and advice for candidates applying to your company? How would you recommend they best prepare?
It is best to just be genuine and be yourself. Be ready to talk about your experiences and what impacts and results you had
Graduate, Melbourne
Have a clear understanding of what you can bring to the table and how your personal values align with the company's.
Graduate, Sydney
Be yourself! Do your research on the role, on the company and find the things you like about it, as well as the things you want to know more about.

To best prepare for the Adobe recruitment process, I would recommend spending time personally reflecting on how your prior experiences have shaped you. Also, being able to communicate your motivations effectively helps your interviewers understand your intentions better. More importantly, though, it is okay to not always be very "buttoned-up". Be yourself and be genuine. This is key.

It is helpful to reflect on your own experiences (either during your tertiary education or experiences outside of this) and understand what you can bring to Adobe. Being genuine is also very important, so accepting your flaws as well as your strengths will help you have more open and honest conversations with the interviewer panel.
Graduate, Sydney
Be yourself and don't just say what you 'think' Adobe wants to hear. The best part about Adobe is that they appreciate everyone's unique style, so be yourself!
