In the initial phone interview, you will be asking a number of behavioral-based questions that relate to our leadership principles.
You might have to take an online assessment if you apply for a technical role which will assess your technical abilities as well as your workplace fit.
The next stage is the onsite or "virtual" interviews where you will be between 2 - 4 people who will ask you a combination of behavioural-based questions and technical questions depending on the role you have applied for.
