Semi-open plan, standing desks, parking next to the building. Overall good.

Office spaces are dependent on the team/area you work. Any where between the 70s to freshly renovated places. The dress code is also dependent on the team, however there is no mandatory code outside of safety requirements for a partcular location.

anything from half-smart casual up to full suit type attire. very flexible.

The company has great facilitates, however (in my area) there is no real area to "lounge" like a tea room or something. The office area is great. Most people share an office (it is not an open floor plan or hotdesking). The dress code is smart casual, however in my business area I see everything from dress pants and long sleeve button up shirts, to jeans and converse.
Great location. Offices vary - some are new and others are old buildings with limited facilities (could use some refurbishment). Dress code depends on division. Some have uniform shirt. Unless public facing, generally very relaxed.
