Your role

BMW Group's Motorrad Marketing team is looking for a Marketing Intern with an eagerness to learn and a can-do attitude.

What awaits you?

  • You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Motorrad Marketing team as well as the wider Marketing team across events and dealer communication.
  • Event support by working closely with the team to achieve key objectives related to specific projects – events include National customer experience events, dealer sales training, product launches, and many more.
  • Assisting and liaising with the dealer network (31 Dealerships) regarding BMW Motorrad Australia events.
  • Coordinate logistics for marketing event-related materials.
  • Coordinate key Social Media Channels and Community Management as well as develop content for marketing purposes through key platforms.

Training & development

BMW Group developed an extensive onboarding program for all new BMW team members as part of their drive program. In consultation with their respective department, the new team members automatically take part in the program in their first 12 months. About you

Qualifications & Experience         

  • A tertiary qualification in a related discipline
  • Good organisational and verbal/written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment, with strong attention to detail.
  • Passion for driving social media channels and understanding customer audience voice.
  • Experience with graphic design and/or photo & video content creation skills. 
  • Interest in attending and supporting national customer experience motorcycle events.
  • Ability to liaise professionally with people at all levels of the business; both internally and externally.
  • Interest in motorcycles or associated lifestyle sports and activities preferred.
