Your role

At BMW, the dynamic sales and distribution teams are continuously driving the success of their daily business by providing the expert support their dealer network relies on. And everyone shares in the rewards for helping them reach their ambitious sales and customer satisfaction targets. 

What awaits you?

  • You will be responsible for assisting in sales target achievement by supporting the Sales team
  • Day-to-day administrative tasks to support volume growth for BMW and MINI Business Sales team
  • Plan and coordinate travel requirements and expenses across the Sales department
  • Liaise with Dealer network on requirements for events, programmes & materials
  • Prepare and execute POs, contracts (new & renewal), invoices, and other internal functions
  • Assist with Sales project initiatives.

Training & development

BMW Group developed an extensive onboarding program for all new BMW team members as part of their drive program. In consultation with their respective department, the new team members automatically take part in the program in their first 12 months. About you

Here’s what we are looking for in this role:

Qualifications & Experience         

  • An understanding of the automotive industry and Dealer network structures
  • Well-organised and strong attention to detail
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in developing and delivering communication content
  • Developing reports and delivering presentations
  • Raising and managing invoices and purchase orders
  • Demonstrated capability for problem-solving, decision making and performance assessment
  • Proven ability to build strong networks and develop key relationships both internally and externally.
