Your role

BMW Group's  Aftersales Service team is looking for an Automotive Service Advisor to join the team on a full-time basis and be a part of their iconic Rushcutters Bay dealership.

You will be responsible for: 

• Acting as the primary interface between service customers and the Service Department
• Identifying customer requirements and ensuring that appropriate control processes are followed to carry out service and repair work to BMW standards and customer satisfaction
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders of the business to ensure the correct information is translated to customers
• Advising customers on maintenance, warranty, and service matters
• Managing a number of phone calls daily and ensuring action is taken accordingly

Training & development

BMW Group developed an extensive onboarding program for all new BMW team members as part of their drive program. In consultation with their respective department, the new team members automatically take part in the program in their first 12 months. About you

Qualifications & Experience:         

• Previous experience in a Service Advisor position is desired but not essential
• Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
• Self-discipline and process driven
• Ability to work under pressure
• High level of attention to detail
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Automotive experience is not required
