The Graduate Management Program offers unique opportunities to fresh graduates who are ready to showcase their talent while gaining invaluable experience working with an iconic brand.

This program is designed to enrich your knowledge and skills, provide you exposure to various functions and experiences, help you build your own brand, expand your network, and guide your career aspirations. The program offers:

  • Customised learning and development throughout the internship
  • Mentoring partnerships with Subject Matter Experts to learn more about the broader business
  • Hands-on work experience 
  • Access to bespoke e-learning modules to upskill yourself 
  • Opportunities to participate in the BMW Brand Academy and other internal events
  • Opportunities to network and connect with other interns across their business

Training, development & rotations

You will work in a supportive environment with people who are committed to sharing their knowledge and contributing to your personal and professional development. Roles are available across a range of disciplines that include:

  1. Customs & Accounting 
  2. Sales & Operations

Some internships may offer you the opportunity to gain experience through rotations across 2 or 3 departments
