Your role

BMW Group is seeking applications for a Legal Graduate to join their Graduate Management Program. 

Their program offers unique opportunities to fresh graduates who are ready to showcase their talent while gaining invaluable experience working with an iconic brand. What awaits you?

  • You will assist with the generation of legal agreements to support the dealer networks (BMW, MINI, Motorrad) including Dealer Agreements and Disclosure Documents.
  • You will be responsible for the setup and maintenance of document and contract registers including implementation and training.
  • You will be the first point of contact for requests and third-party demands from government authorities, complaints & litigation escalated to the Legal team.
  • You will be responsible for the filing and organisation of contracts in addition to supporting the preparation of template documents.
  • You will drive process creation as required for authority requests, record keeping and contract management.

About you

Qualifications & Experience

  • A tertiary qualification in Law or related discipline required with prior legal experience desirable.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with exceptional attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
  • Intermediate knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Demonstrated ability to work proactively with advanced organisational skills, and the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks.
