Your role

Autonomous driving will go nowhere without the agile teamwork needed to keep its development on track. To ensure we can continue our pioneering work in this future-defining field, our team is currently looking for an IT Intern.

In this role:

  • You will be responsible for supporting the team with the rollout of end-user devices, helpdesk statistics and relevant reporting
  • You will be responsible for supporting the team by assisting with the maintenance of software assets and tracking vulnerabilities
  • You will be responsible for actively supporting infrastructure projects including developing project and security-related documentation, running test cases, training, and participating in all Agile ceremonies
  • You will drive proactive collaboration with departments focusing on continuous improvement in the effectiveness and efficiency of IT Operations

Training & development

BMW Group developed an extensive onboarding program for all new BMW team members as part of their drive program. In consultation with their respective department, the new team members automatically take part in the program in their first 12 months. About you

Qualifications & Experience 

  • Commerce & Information Technology, Project management, Information systems degree or similar 
  • Business Analysis and software testing knowledge and experience preferred
  • Experience working in a corporate environment would be advantageous
  • An aptitude for IT Operations and working knowledge of Software Delivery Lifecycle (SDLC) using Agile
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer focus
