Training opportunities are great- learnt the most on the job though.

Even when the training are good, the timing of these training are not always the best. For instance, the initial training of graduates is intense and by the time we got to our jobs, we barely had an idea what we were doing or learnt during the trainings.

not entirely sure if all trainings are not good. the online courses selected are ok, but by no means engaging. many trainings are too entry level and not tailored to the team's background. behaviour / communication training for a team of people with psychology/behaviour science background was a bit too imprecise and unsophisticated.

Training and development programs could be made more available. Most training is self-paced/ self-studied and there are limited options for internal trainings where only a select few may have capacity to attend.
