Your Role   

As a Grad at ROLLiN’, you’ll have the opportunity to gain exposure across an end-to-end insurance business with technology that will excite and delight you.

You will be involved in thought-leadership decisions to drive and deliver on ROLLiN’ initiatives.  

Key responsibilities/opportunities:   

  • Tailor-made rotation based on your skills, goals, and ambitions to gain the most out of the program  
  • You’ll be involved in building reusable integration and automation assets and developing technology professionalism  
  • First-hand experience in innovating how our customers interact, through technology and digital experiences every day  
  • Be able to demonstrate fundamental technological knowledge  
  • Contribute on machine learning initiatives and reporting tasks on data sources  
  • Undertake a range of project or program support tasks and participate in process    

Graduate Program is open to candidates based in Gadigal Country (Sydney).

Requirements   

  • A university degree or higher (from 2023-2025) or be in your penultimate year of university with graduation expected by the end of 2025 – Technology, Data Science, Data Analytics, Software Engineering, Computer Programming, Computer Science, Cloud Artificial Intelligence or Cyber Security disciplines.  
  • A credit average achievement (65%+), and   
  • Are an Australian and/or New Zealand citizen or Australian permanent resident.
