Read moreWHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Start with a three-week international traineeship in two of our global offices, becoming familiar with the different areas of our business while being trained by the world’s best Engineers and Traders.
- Complete in-depth analysis of trading data (specifically, network captures) to find patterns, provide answers and verify theories and assumptions.
- Automate the measurement, collection and analysis of data via scripting in Python.
- Continuously optimise and tune the complete hardware and software trading stack to improve the performance of our low latency trading systems on financial exchanges.
- Work collaboratively with Traders, Software Engineers and Hardware Engineers as you improve the technical infrastructure and bring our trading strategies to the next level.
- Be supported by a mentor specifically chosen to work with you and guide you through each step of your traineeship and onboarding process.

WHAT YOU HAVE:
- An academic background in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology or a related field of study with a minimum Distinction average, or equivalent.
- Experience working with Linux operating systems.
- Coding experience with Python or similar.
- Willingness to interact and work closely with Traders and Engineers in a constantly-changing environment.
- An interest in problem-solving, reverse-engineering techniques and in-depth data analysis.
- An inquisitive mind, self-sufficiency, resilience and drive.
