  • Health

Congratulations on completing or being in the final stages of your tertiary education, and for considering National 360 as one of your first employers! At National 360, we understand the significance of this important milestone, and we are committed to facilitating a positive transition from university to part-time or full-time work.

We take our role in your ongoing learning and development seriously and have developed a comprehensive and structured program to provide a supportive environment for graduates to learn, increase their skills, make new friends, and feel confident to deliver services to people in the community. As a National 360 Graduate, you will work within a truly multidisciplinary team to learn and apply holistic approaches to therapy.

Why Join National 360 as a Graduate?

Our Program has been specifically designed for Graduates and Early Career Therapists who want to work within the NDIS, aged care and insurance sectors within a community setting. We tailor caseloads in consideration of your preferences and areas of interest, and we will work with you to develop a long-term career plan to advance your career with National 360.

The twelve-month Program commences with a 12-week induction to introduce you to our organisation, your peers, supervisors, and Leadership Team, as well as the industries that we work within and the clients, community partners, and families who we work with. You can expect to be supported every step of the way. Your immediate circle of support will include your Team Leader, Clinical Supervisor, Clinical Educator and your grad peers.

We provide you with:

  • 1:1 individual and group supervision with a dedicated Clinical Supervisor
  • Up to 2 mentoring sessions each week with our Clinical Practice Advisors, who are specialists in one or more areas of Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Speech Pathology and Positive Behaviour Support
  • The opportunity to shadow experienced therapists providing care in the community
  • Graduate specific Multidisciplinary Workshops
  • A designated Clinical Educator who will be with you for the duration of the program
  • Peer support groups
  • Access to a range of team member benefits, including paid study leave and generous financial contribution to external professional development activities. For information on all team member benefits, please see our 360 You Staff Benefits and Wellbeing program video.
  • Reduced clinical activity targets to provide you with more time to learn and develop as a therapist
  • Great office locations and team connection events
