Salary at Optus

I'm paid well for a graduate, but at the same time I feel is way above my pay grade.

Pay is good, bonus scheme is a little bit complicated.

I think the pay is great for a graduate position. The bonus structure seems fair too, I don't think I've been here long enough to have much personal experience with it.

Pay is good with 10% performance bonus if meets expectations. There is opportunity to get more.

I think for a graduate salary, this is quite good. Bonuses are also fair, given our position and time at the company.

The bonus process is not transparent or clear, our people and culture team could not even explain the callabration process to me and my manager did not agree with my bonus but he could not change what was calculated in the system.

Pay is average, bonus is determined by the business units performance and isn't fully fair on us who have worked hard to earn our own bonus but depends on whether the whole business unit has performed

Pay is pretty decent in comparison with the market for my level of experience and there is a yearly bonus which is appreciated.

Pay is solid for entry level. I am in a position where I exceeding expectations and would like that to translate monetarily more than it does

I am currently at a stepping stone, where the pay is competitive for my level but i am prioritising learning over pay. This will change in a few months. I believe Optus are competitive but our pay ranges are broad to accommodate differences across similar pay grades. The bonus structure for high performers has been generous since I've been at the company.

I'm very happy with my pay in terms of comparing it to market averages for grad programs.

Optus specific discounts and promotions are great, limited perks (aside from very small discounts through MatesRates) outside of this.

I received some financial support to help me with moving out of state to start this job which was great.

We get 25% for ourselves and friends and family for all Optus plans. We also get an 80 dollar monthly allowances on top of it.

Perks aren't that great. The only perks are discounts on optus plans.
