Application Process & Interviews at Reece

The hiring process at Reece was quite long, There was a total of 3 interviews, 1 with auto generated questions, and 2 other interviews within the office. There were also two assessments, a general knowledge assessment and a product analysis on the brand Posh.

The interview process was good and standard, it was a three-part interview.

Had an extremely fluid and enjoyable recruitment process. Lots of contact between the recruitment manager and myself. Really set the tone for what working for Reece was going to be like.

During my interview I was asked questions about my university and previous work experience. I was also asked general questions about myself and my goals and limitations.

What was my previous experience, how I would be able to deal with starting at Reece, how I would deal with customers and what's my best skillset, these types of questions.

A nice level of personal questions, hobbies, what I do in my free time while also mixing in some more "professional" questions. Mainly centred around work ethic and what I wanted my career to look like.

The main tips I would have for candidates applying for Reece is to be yourself. Reece is a company that is big on culture and values, and if your personal culture and values align with those of the companies I feel like you have a decent chance of being successful in the interview process.
