CAREER AND LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT

The Women’s Initiative Network (WIN) is a strong community of SAS employees who empower, encourage and inspire women to pursue excellence in their careers and fulfillment in their personal lives. Members act as ambassadors for SAS and STEM careers, sharing time and expertise to develop leadership capabilities among female employees, expand professional networks, showcase thought leaders and attract women to careers in science and technology.

COLLABORATION AND NETWORKING

The Women in Analytics (WIA) Network is a SAS sponsored networking program aimed to strengthen diversity in the analytics field. The program leverages the SAS values of authenticity, value for work/life integration and passion to build a community of women who are interested in and will advocate for Women in Analytics. Our audience is anyone wishing to contribute to or build a career in analytics.
