Good pay in line with market standard, not much opportunity for everyone when it comes to bonuses. Would be good to have bonuses based on your average billable work at a certain standard for each level.

Pay is good for graduate level in comparison to other Adelaide law firms. However, law graduate pay in general is not good (all firms) considering 5 years of undergraduate study and then 6 months of post graduate study is needed.
