About Victoria’s Big Build
Victoria’s Big Build (Major Transport Infrastructure Authority – MTIA) was established to oversee the major transport projects in planning and construction to deliver 165 major road and rail projects that will change the way that Victorians work, live and travel.
Projects teams include - Rail Projects Victoria (Metro Tunnel, Melbourne Airport Rail, Regional Rail Revival), North East Link Program, West Gate Tunnel Project, Level Crossing Removal Project, and Major Roads Project Victoria.
MTIA works closely with the Department of Transport to ensure major construction activities and disruptions are coordinated across the network. This includes plans to keep people moving through major work periods. We also work with industry to ensure it has the skilled workers needed to deliver Victoria’s massive construction program.
About the role
You'll work within the project's in-house graphic design team to develop innovative and creative graphic design solutions and services for digital and printed communications. You'll gain hands-on experience with the document design and production process, from creative concept to finished artwork to delivered product and distribution strategies. Using a range of software including Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Premiere, you'll support the preparation of artwork for a wide range of projects.

When you join the program, you'll be employed full time at a salary of $74,580 + superannuation (effective from December 2023 – as per VPS EA 2020).

We are seeking recent graduates, representatives of Victoria's diverse community to join the 2024 Victoria’s Big Build Graduate Programs. Take the opportunity to build both your career and Victoria's infrastructure.

To be eligible, you must have completed your degree between January 2021 and January 2024 and have Australian full working rights at the time of application.
