Charlene [00:00:09] We first and foremost look for technical skills. So what you've been studying is really important and also what kind of skills you have outside of your degree. So you might have been doing a particular course or badge or certification, or you'd be learning a technical skill on the side as part of extracurricular. That's really important to bring to, I guess, our resource pool at a firm like EY.
