Justin [00:00:00] And so once that new grad is starting fresh out, what's the onboarding process look like for them?

Charlene [00:00:05] Yeah. So for here at EY, particularly for the Oceania region, we have a great transition program called Keep in Touch. So what that means is once you accept your offer as a graduate, you will be automatically joining I'll Keep In Touch program. And this is where we keep in regular communication and provide regular updates for graduates that are about to start but haven't yet started. So we do events virtual face-to-face. We get regular updates on emails, we send some EY merchandise to kind of get you excited about joining the firm and being part of being part of the graduate program. And then once you start the onboarding process is everyone gets a buddy and a counselor who helps you with your short-term onboarding experience, makes sure you're comfortable settling into your new team in the office. Where to find the best lunch to where to go for after-work drinks, all that kind of stuff. And then your career counselor is like, you're a long-term career development person who is looking out for you to make sure you are growing your career in the right way that you want to do it, and seeking out additional opportunities that you can add on to your day at EY and your time here. And then we obviously have regular graduate learning and development opportunities too, which is usually done in the first few months when you start at EY. So, a lot of support, a lot of touch points where grads can always have contact with the hiring team, but also the team they're actually joining.
