I joined ADP in February of 2021, having no idea what the consulting world would be like. Walking into my first office job, I was welcomed into an environment that encourage growth, learning and development. From day one at ADP my role as a graduate was clear, my responsibility was to learn and ask questions and have been given every opportunity to do so. I feel lucky that my directors have taken a keen interest in my development by guiding and providing me with opportunities to Project Lead projects and recognised my growth by fast tracking my graduate training, promoting me to Project Engineer 6 months ahead of schedule.
ADP truly believed in their people, which is an easy feat, as everyone I have had the pleasure of working with is a friendly, cooperative, and easy-going individual who strives to grow and develop along with this growing company. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to start my career and am proud of what I have achieved and the relationships I formed along the way.
