Robust parental leave that is gender neutral. Actively seeking out diversity

As I commented, there is no effort to acknowledge or accommodate queer people at ACCIONA, as is the case in most of construction. There is also very little visible work to promote cultural diversity or participation from people with disabilities in the company. I think what the company does well is choosing First Nations suppliers and making an effort to promote First Nations people where possible, which is great to see. It also does a lot of work to promote women and women's participation.

I think the recruitment process is doing its best to increase female participation.

From my experience, I believe Acciona is committed to diversity. There are different cultures and backgrounds of people in office, as well as gender.

Very diverse with people from all walks of life, backgrounds, career levels and experiences.

everyone is treated equally with a very diverse spread of race, ethnicity and gender. many opportunities such as paternity (3 months) and maternity leave are provided, child care discounts and payment schemes.

There are far less women than men working in delivery, and the prime reason why is still a mystery. I feel like all of my colleagues are supportive of anyone, be they a woman, an ethinc minority of part of the LGBIT community

Very diverse

The diversity of our workplace is improving through the years, wherein it was a predominantly male team whereas now it is becoming a more even gender spread which is great for office dynamics and culture.

The company strives to achieve great diversity with aims to recruit without discrimination hence we have a good mix of people in the office. However, the current reality is that the Constuction industry does not have enough women in site and engineering-based roles however, this is something that Acciona is looking to change by educating more children that this could be a role for anyone.

Appears on the surface that we actively recruit those in disadvantaged positions and the gender-neutral parental leave is great

As someone who is a part of the LGBTIQA+ community I feel that the company is very supportive and inclusive of that fact. I have been generally comfortable with sharing that I am gay.

I have put 8 as I don't really know much about this area within the company, apologies.
