Maternity and paternity leave I know to be really good (not that I have experienced it). Diversity is ok culture-wise. Helps when we have a Spanish parent company so there is a mix of nationalities.

Yes. My SPE and PM are very approachable and show genuine interest and care about me. They are great mentors and I am learning both technical and soft skills.

The interview was not as scary as I had imagined. I felt I was able to connect with people easily.

The pay is fine for a graduate role, cannot speak to bonuses as I am yet to receive one.

A great example is contracts administration. This may be targeted at SE's, PE's and above but I was given the opportunity to learn about this. Another good example is the refresher training course we undertook for company systems and processes.

Company is very flexible but largely because it is construction hours so we are working for a long time anyway. Start at 6.30 and usually leave around 5 or 5.30

A significant focus. Developed a sustainability master plan that the company operates from. Looking to be carbon positive by 2025.
