Initially, you'll be invited to a first-round interview where you will be given the opportunity to explain your motivation for joining EngageTech and your expectations of the role. From there, you'll be invited to a second-round interview where you'll be asked to motivate your ambitions further and complete a phone task interview which you will have prepared ahead of time.
Sales Development Representative
Spend your first months with EngageTech as a Sales Development Representative. If you consistently meet your monthly targets, you can further develop your SDR skillset to excel in all aspects of the role.
Sales Development Representative Lead
Reporting to the management team, the 'SDR Leader' primarily works closely with the Account Managers and Delivery Managers to ensure successful delivery of campaigns and outstanding client satisfaction for the duration of the project.
Becoming a Manager
Depending on how your skills have developed and your interest in the business, in your second year with EngageTech you options would be Account Manager, Sales Manager or Delivery Manager but may also change depending on the business needs at this time.
