Regional director is a fantastic guy. However depending on how high you rise, he is the only source of tutelage, and that is not enough once you develop skills. Training at the lower levels is honestly lacklustre due to the high turnover rate, so not enough skilled trainers, and not enough skilled trainers who actually have a desire to train.
