There were two interviews one was more of an introductory chat just getting to know my qualification's and what I've done . Whereas the second interview was more practical requiring a practice call giving a small taste of what the job is like.

Where do you see yourself in a couple years? Would you be able to handle the volume of calls and be able to build rapport with customers?

Do you have any specific tips and advice for candidates applying to your company? How would you recommend they best prepare?
Prepare to do a roleplay, quite easy if you prepare well. The interviews are easy, relaxed, just show your personality and why you want to be in sales and what you want to get out of it.

Have a clear understanding of your qualification's and be able to talk about them like its more of a conversation rather than shooting questions at each other. Have past experiences in mind where you applied your skills in sales or in general.
