At the Graduate Institute of Innovation, we believe tomorrow's change starts with today's innovation. We exist for the purpose of backing graduates and giving innovative minds a platform to succeed. Across multiple disciplines such as medical, design, general science, and engineering (just to name a few), we provide graduate students with the resources they need to work on projects that they are passionate about. While a high level of expertise in your field is recommended, we also value your ability to conduct independent research to perform your best work. We are looking to grow our team with fresh minds, either part-time or full-time, at our brand-new built-for-this-purpose facility in Gregory Hills, NSW.
Aside from working and learning in an open, forward-thinking environment, all staff have the opportunity to have a percentage stake in all projects that go to market. Successful applicants will also have access to industry professionals and resources.

Phone interview with the founder
In-person interview to discuss either the project the graduate has put forth or to discuss how the graduate can help within other projects currently undertaken at the Graduate Institute of Innovation.
Discussions on previous research projects they have worked on and how they had themselves helped to overcome issues.
Remuneration & Career Growth
$55,000 pa - $92,000 pa
Salary would depend on experience, however, the salary has the potential to increase based on the candidate's ability to achieve predetermined milestones.
All staff has the opportunity to have a percentage stake in all projects that go to market.
Graduates also have an opportunity to open new doors to progress their careers further through specialisation and break-out prospects, such as their own independent business ventures through funding from the Graduate Institute of Innovation.
