MK has a great retention level and a lot of people return after leaving.

The company is committed to gender equality in the office. I was pleased to see many women in the company, and many of those in leadership roles. Staff often leave early, work from home or have non-working days to accommodate childcare, and these factors do not seem to be a bar to promotion.
