The pay for graduates is average

Pay as a grad is average. Benefits are almost non-existent. Grads don't get bonuses

I am not aware of any bonuses available to Law Graduates. The bonuses available to Lawyers seem good but difficult to obtain if your principal is not delegating enough work.

Pay is a bit below current market rate for a graduate role at a firm of this size.

They have a clear structure as to how to achieve bonuses and promotion. If you work hard you will achieve!

I would like to be paid more, I don't think the salary is competitive with salaries for graduate lawyers at other law firms. It is also not clear when or if we are entitled to bonuses.

Pay is about average in reflection with roles. Opportunities for growth and bonuses are given.
