During the induction process, they highlighted how diverse the whole company is and how it compares to the rest of the government departments. It was amazing to hear. I have experienced in my cohort of graduates that there is a 50/50 split between male and female graduates.

There is a lot of commitment to diversity. We have people working here from different age groups, ethnicities, genders.

Diversity within the company is widespread with a huge group of people at varying levels being migrants from across the world. Additionally, women hold positions across company and in managerial positions right up to the Assistant Auditors General. It is a diverse and interesting workplace. Overall LGBT+ is a little under represented, or at least kept to themselves. There has not been any indication to me that the organisation is not supportive of LGBT+, however no large efforts have been made to embrace it either.
