1. Application (we usually only require a detailed resume outlining your employment history in date order, completed qualifications (minimum requirement is Enrolled Nurse or Bachelor Degree in science-related discipline) and an insight into your achievements)
2. Phone screen (10 mins) with Recruitment agency team member
3. Zoom interview (30 mins) with Recruitment agency team member
4. Face to face interviews (approx 1 hr) with client company (pharmaceutical company or medical device company)
5. Background/reference checking and offer

In addition, we offer individual interview preparation with each candidate over the phone before their client interviews to ensure they are fully prepared for the interview.
 

• The companies we recruit for offer a range of salary packages depending on the job level.
• Entry-level roles typically start around $70,000 base salary, plus super, plus bonuses and in some cases, a car or car allowance.
• Senior candidates with experience can expect base salaries anywhere from $85,000 to $160,000 depending on level of experience and expertise, type of role and the company. Super, bonuses and car allowances are on top of base salaries. Some companies offer discounted private healthcare rates as part of their package.
