Pros & Cons

  • It is a great environment to learn in. There are so many different teams who are always willing to share their expertise and provide you a glimpse into their work. There are also many opportunities to upskill and join training programs for learning new skills or things about the company.
  • The company culture at Steadfast has truly stood out during my time here. As a recent graduate, corporate culture can sometimes feel overwhelming, but Steadfast has managed to cultivate an inviting and positive environment that nurtures individuality and personal growth. During my rotations, I've valued the opportunities provided, the inclusive company culture, and the flexibility in participating in various events both within and outside the office.
  • I enjoy the culture in Steadfast, everyone is approachable. I have had the opportunity to attend networking events as well as workshops to gain more industry knowledge. The rotations offer a great introduction into the different departments at Steadfast.
  • Steadfast such a great place to work at. The people really make a difference as everyone goes above and beyond to help answer any question you have. This company will support your career development and growth.
  • Culture, flexibility, opportunities
  • In regard to the graduate program, occasionally there is a lack of preparation when joining new rotations, so there is an imbalance of workload during the 3 months.
  • While not necessarily a negative aspect, one observation I've had is that the company's segmentation into different levels can sometimes make it more challenging to connect with new people within the organization. This suggests that there may be opportunities for enhancing cross-functional interactions and fostering a more interconnected company culture.
  • Not a bad thing but it was a little overwhelming starting out as the business model of Steadfast is truly unique.
  • Nothing to say here :)
  • Office set-up is different throughout each rotation

Recruitment
The interview process comprised of four stages: a video assessment, an interview with former graduates, a meeting with HR along with a mini essay, and a final interview with the CEO. While this may seem intimidating, Steadfast succeeded in establishing a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere throughout the interviews, where the focus was simply on getting to know you. The questions spanned a wide range of topics, including past work experiences, hobbies, and an exploration of your personality. It was intriguing because the interview process delved beyond just work-related aspects and aimed to uncover various facets of your personality and interests. Be prepared to showcase your strengths through specific examples from your past experiences that highlight how you align with Steadfast's culture and values. Most importantly, during the interview process, be authentic and true to yourself, as your genuine self is what they are looking to get to know.
