Recruitment Process

StewartBrown Recruitment Process - Here's What to Expect

  1. Apply: Submit your application including an updated copy of your CV and Cover Letter and a copy of your academic transcript.
  2. Screening: If selected, you will receive an invitation to join our AI team member for a brief virtual screening (10 mins).
  3. First Interview: Successful virtual screening candidates proceed to an online video interview with an HR team member (20-30 mins). During this stage, we will aim to hear more about your goals and aspirations, as well as providing you with more information about StewartBrown.
  4. Final Interview: If you are selected to progress, you will be invited to attend a face-to-face interview with our Audit Partner and HR Team at our office in Chatswood (30-45 mins). This may require you to provide referees for reference checks.

Successful applicants will have completed a bachelor's degree in commerce or accounting in 2023, have an eagerness to learn and grow in a professional services firm and a work ethic that demonstrates adaptability, communication and a logical thinking approach to tasks and supporting clients and team.
