Very pleased with my managers. I am given a lot of guidance and discussion on forward thinking, and have received a lot of recognition for my past work and performance. My manager is always open to listen to any concerns I may have and will pass on to higher up. There is also a lot of effort put in to ensure workloads and job variety is reasonable across the team and reallocate jobs when needed.
