Working Hours at WTW

7.5
7.5 rating for Working Hours, based on 10 reviews
How flexible is your company when it comes to hours?
Working from home, if need to put in extra hours to get through work, then it is done.

Very flexible as long as client deadlines are met and adequate hours are done in total throughout the year. No strict start/finish times, and feel comfortable to adjust working hours around personal schedule, such as for appointments. While the total hours are reasonable, the nature of consulting means some weeks are very quiet and some are very busy, resulting in long hours to meet overlapping deadlines.

Company requires some late nights/early mornings so they are quite flexible with when you work. Some days hours can be long.

The work hours are very flexible, as long as the required work is completed. Depending on the time of year (and number of projects), the total number of work hours varies considerably week by week.

I usually get to the office at 8 and leave at 5. I could start later or finish earlier if I wanted to, but the extra hour allows me to be prepared for the next day/week/month.

The company is flexible but my team's hours are lead by the client/deals we work on. I find senior team members are generally really accommodating with this however and don't expect over the top hours from analysts.
