Justin [00:00:03] Perfect. Can you give me a bit of a high level walk-through of the application process to the grad program at CSC?
Calum [00:00:09] Yeah, absolutely. So it start off with my sending in an application. It's just like CV and that sort of thing. I do some values questionnaire, so sort of looking at does the candidates' values align with CSC? Are those sort of more of a job focus assessment? We did an online interview and then there was a virtual screening. So phone call, I mean, the final step was a business engagement. This is actually meeting with people CSC, doing some group interviews, and then doing some individual interviews as well.
