Interviewee [00:00:11] As a grad, you get assigned a mentor and a buddy. So, it's always a highlight of my day or week if I get to catch up with them. You know, I've built genuine relationships with these people, so just being able to catch up and for them to allow me to reflect and also provide career advice is always really helpful.
