Graduates are full-time employees at the start of the program, however you are on probation for the 10 months that you are within the program. Each rotation you'll do a probation report with your supervisor.
You will need to have three successful probation reports (from each rotation) and have successfully completed the learning and development program in order to be appointed to a permanent officer at the end of the program.
