Access at Adobe is an employee network focused on supporting, raising awareness, and advocacy for Adobe employees and family members with disabilities. Our goal is to foster an understanding of the reality employees with disabilities and illnesses face at work and to bring to light disabilities that presents itself beyond the physical, such as invisible and non-apparent disabilities that can include neurodiversity, mental and emotional impairments, the autism spectrum, chronic illness, anxiety, and depression.
