What are your thoughts on pay and bonuses at your company?
Compared to the Big 4 accounting firms, the pay for grads is much higher. I recommend you look at what the AFR has compiled when it comes to grad salaries. Bonuses are generally given out assuming the bank has met or exceeded its targets

Quite competitive for a new graduate. Also quite high when you roll off.

Too low considering how much profit we make.

Pay and bonuses for a graduate role is fair for the work we are doing so no complaints there. Only issue with small relocation allowance and not much transparency on what our pay will be after we complete the 18-month grad program I'm currently completing.

The offer was above what other companies were offering. Bonuses are given based on performance however, I have not finished our first formal review process.

It is a good Graduate Salary; however other Banks offer their Graduates higher salaries. Salaries being capped after completion of the graduate program is a concern and is an incentive to move companies after completion of the gradaute program.

Pay is good enough to be competitive with other grad programs, though there are some that pay more I am overall happy. Bonuses need to be more transparent though, they have not been communicated well.

They seem good but dont have much to compare to or much experience. I am happy with it.

Employee discounts on banking products e.g. interest rate discounts and fee waivers etc. There is a staff deals portal where items from clothing, tech and lifestyle brands give discounts and sometimes there might be limited time deals as well.
