How flexible is your company when it comes to hours?
We are flexible in the sense that we can work from the Clients office, from our office or from home. You just need to speak to your Assistant Manager.

The company promotes work life balance.

I think 2-3 days a week in the office is perfect and I appreciate KPMG for promoting this working style. I feel less exhausted than what I know I would have been otherwise.
Graduate, Melbourne
Flexible depending on client demand

They are pretty good in regards to working from home, though I prefer to be in the office. I have done some overtime in busier periods but overall it has been good. There are some members of my team at the same level as me who have been quite swamped.

3 days in office is encouraged. Very flexible.
Graduate, Adelaide
It is flexible, though working outside of paid hours seems to be implicit.
Graduate, Sydney
8.30-5 usually - flexible with hours as long as the work is getting done.
Graduate, Perth
It depends what area in the company you work in, but generally the company is very flexible with working arrangements, including WFH vs working from the office.
Graduate, Canberra
Fairly flexible, although an expectation to work overtime with no additional pay and the onus is on the employee to take the time back. IF you need to go to an appt here or there they are very flexible, provided you work your allotted hours and do the work.
Graduate, Melbourne
The amount of time is office sometimes can be high, but overall, for someone starting their career the office hour expectations are nothing out of the ordinary and are very standard 9-5 most days.
Graduate, Brisbane
KPMG has a hybrid working environment and is extremely flexible with the work hours.

The amount of unpaid overtime that this firm will tolerate is crazy. I can foresee legal issues for them in the future similar to some of the cases in the courts at the moment.
Graduate, Sydney
I often work more than 7.5 hours.
Graduate, Canberra
I like the flexibility of WFH and being in office/client. Would be better if we weren't expected to be at client as often
Graduate, Adelaide
super flexible, always work 8.45-5 and can work from home whenever I want.
