I think work has been somewhat positive in trying to progress my career and gain my experience to potentially get a promotion. I think with many thing to make the leap from my current engineering position to something along the lines of a manager it would require a position for me to open up.

In my department, I think there are lots of opportunities for growth and responsibility which is one of the main reasons I chose to work for this business. There are already so many opportunities for promotion available for when I finish the graduate program. There are multiple levels of managerial hierarchy in my BU which fits my idea of career progression and makes higher managerial positions seem accessible.

I believe that there will be many opportunities for people to grow and move up the ranks, as I haven't done this myself I cannot give advice on how this is achieved. All I can say is that hard work pays off so I am sure with time, patience, and some determination that you could climb to where you want to be in time.

I am not able to comment on this much as I am still relatively new to the company. However I did receive a promotion in pay recently which shows to me that there is plenty of opportunity for promotion in the company
